  Worst shop in the toon! Nobody on tills before 8am and the tills fight with you every time. Worth the fuel to go to Morrisons, good prices and better quality.

  As a disabled shopper I feel Kirkcaldy Asda do not care about my shopping experience...In comparrisons to Glenrothes and Dunfermline stores, Kirkcaldy stores mobility scooters are dire..out of the four there is , one rarely works as it only moves if full charged and one moves so slowly it is too frustrating to try and do any shop in it that I give up shopping. Glenrothes and Dunfermline have double the amount of scooters available with easy access, Kirkcaldy shunt scooters around a pillar when put up displays in foyar. ..There is also only one small bench available for sitting on if you have to wait for a scooter to become available and often is full as many elderly and disabled require a seat if waiting on taxi etc...often I walk in and if no scooters available find I can't wait as no seat available and I cannot stand long.. Regardless of constant complaints to Asda threw email and telephone nothing has changed in last two years... totally disgusted at management's attitude.
